Jean Monnet Research Prize for European Union Law

Since 2016, University of Vienna's LLM Program in European and International Business Law co-hosts and co-organizes Austria's prestigious Jean Monnet Research Prize for European Union Law jointly with the Austrian Association for European Law and Danube University Krems.

This prize is awarded annually to an outstanding doctoral thesis which investigates current legal issues in the field of EU law and which was approved at one of Austria's universities. The Jean Monnet Research Prize includes a cash prize of EUR 3,000.
