From the summer semester of 2018 onwards, the University of Vienna offers the newly designed curriculum for “Developing Human Resources, Teams and Organisations by Experiential Learning (Following the IOA® Concept)” in cooperation with the “Initiative Outdoor-Aktivitäten” (initiative outdoor activities, IOA). The newly designed continuing education and training program focuses on movement and body-oriented methods, as well as on working in and with system dynamics.

It is aimed at persons whose jobs require them to counsel and lead groups (including advisors, coaches, educators, psychologists, social workers, executives, HR managers) and who would like to include action-oriented learning concepts in their activities in a responsible way.
