IT Law Update

Like almost no other field of law, information law is characterised by continuous change. This is why a profession in information and media law requires specialization which in turn makes it necessary to collaborate with other experts and to keep knowledge constantly up to date.

The certificate program IT Law Update aims at building stronger institutional ties between the continuing education master's program in Information and Media Law and the services provided by graduates as part of the academic joint venture IT-LAW.AT. Furthermore, it makes the acquired qualifications visible in the certificate degree. Participants of the certificate program are able to classify, evaluate and solve issues in law that occur due to current developments in information technologies.
