The focus of the master‘s program is the internationally operating company and its legal status in the European internal market and in international trade. Against this background, there is a wide range of professional training to become a commercial lawyer with a European and international orientation. The LL.M. program is offered full-time regular (2 semesters), full-time flexible (4 semesters) and part-time/online (3 semesters). It will be hybrid, i.e. there will also be live streams from the lecture hall for all block modules.
In the course of the event, the scientific director, Siegfried Fina, will inform you about the content and focal points as well as about registration and the organization of studies.
